When W&CO needed a partner to help them develop two super sophisticated, custom designed real estate art quality books, they came to Andy Hort of Earth Enterprise. Andy and his 100+ year old printer in NYC worked through several rounds of loose color, that integrated numerous old and new images, into incredibly beautiful “artful” books.
From approved comps to shipment of finished books took less than 5 weeks, and included Andy’s layback binding solutions and georgeous paper recommendations, that made the books easy to leave open on pages that capture, and hold the attention of the casual viewer. Paper selections included Mohawk Loop for the Cover, and InxWell. The binding on the Residences book is called Flex-Bind, which is done similar to case-binding, and allows for the book to lay flat after opening, and has an inset cover with gilded edges. The inside paper is Mohawk Superfine, and is “seriously beautiful”. All the inside pages were digitally printed, hi-rez, with in-person color approvals.
The client couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. All books are now in Florida, and in the hands or potential property buyers or agents who are marketing The Residences.
